Pricing
The State of Texas Government Code 406.024 sets the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary services.


Below are our service fees, which are separate from the statutory fees above. We encourage scheduling in advance; same-day and last-minute requests, including emergencies, are subject to availability. All fees will be confirmed prior to your appointment. Example totals include both the statutory notary fee and our mobile fees, covering travel time and convenience with no hidden charges.

Notarization Process
We make notarizations fast, seamless, and convenient. Here is how the notarization process works:
Prepare Documents
  • Gather all documents requiring notarization.
  • Complete any required fields, but do not sign until the notary is present.
  • Bring a valid, government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, and ensure multiple copies or attachments are ready if needed.
Schedule an Appointment
  • Contact us via phone, email, or our online form.
  • Available Monday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
    After-hours appointments available upon request (late-night fees apply)
Required Appointment Information
To make your appointment smooth and efficient, please provide:
  • Full name, phone number, and email address
  • Total number of documents
  • Type and name of each document
  • Witness requirements (we can provide if needed)
  • Total number of signers (all must be present)
  • Valid IDs for all signers
  • Preferred day, time, and location
  • Preferred payment method for retainer.
Verification & Notarization.
  • We verify your identity and documents, witness signatures as required, and complete the notarization according to Texas law, using our official notary seal. Afterward, we return your documents to you for their intended purpose.

Appointment Retainer & Cancellation Policy

At Faith First Mobile Notary, we value both your time and ours. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable appointment retainer (equal to ½ of the travel/service fee) is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward your total travel/service fee

Why We Require a Retainer
Your retainer reserves your appointment time exclusively for you and secures our availability to travel and provide service at your requested time and location. This policy helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows, allowing us to operate efficiently and continue providing reliable service.
.Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and if advance notice isn’t possible, please contact us as soon as you can.
👉 Your retainer will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Retainers are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no-show. This ensures reserved appointment times are respected and remain available to clients who need service.
Late Arrivals
At Faith First Mobile Notary, we respect your time and ask for the same in return.
We will arrive at your scheduled time and wait up to 30 minutes.
What we ask of you:
  • Please be present, prepared, and ready at your scheduled time
  • If you are running late, notify us as soon as possible
If Delays Occur:
  • We will make an attempt to contact you if you are not ready upon arrival
  • If we are unable to reach you or begin the appointment within 30 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show
Important:
Missed appointments due to late arrival or no contact will result in the retainer being forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to reschedule. ** The appointment retainer applies to travel and mobile service only and is separate from state-regulated notary fees.
