Pricing
The State of Texas Government Code 406.024 sets the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary services.
Below are our service fees, which are separate from the statutory fees listed above. We encourage scheduling in advance; same-day and last-minute requests, including emergencies, are handled based on availability. All fees will be confirmed prior to your appointment. Example totals include the statutory notarization fee. Our mobile notary fees cover travel, time, and convenience, with no hidden charges.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At Faith First Mobile Notary, we value both your time and ours. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service fee.
Why We Require a Deposit
Your deposit reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. This policy helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows, allowing us to operate efficiently and continue providing reliable service to our clients.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and if advance notice isn’t possible, please contact us as soon as you can. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Deposits are forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no-show. This ensures reserved appointment times are respected and remain available to clients who need service.
Late Arrivals
If you anticipate running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you will receive a courtesy call.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late with no contact, one final attempt will be made to reach you and reschedule.
If we are unable to make contact, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow Faith First Mobile Notary to provide professional, timely, and dependable mobile notary services while respecting the safety, time, and availability of our team.
